Powerful Packaging for Nutritional Brand

Situation

Surgex came to us with a vision to sell their medically-approved immune-boosting protein powder as a sports nutrition line.

Problem

Surgex had a formula originally targeted for cancer patient recovery but understood that the formula had applications for sports nutrition as well, but they weren’t sure how to tell that story.

Solution

We collaborated through our proven methodology to arrive at 360 Degree Nutrition. The messaging for the brand was about using Surgex for performance and recovery, in order to get ready to perform again, a total 360! Silver Creative designed a logo and personality that fit the hardcore bodybuilder. We created labels for tubs, wrappers for bars and film for flexible pouches. A comprehensive sales kit and presentation helped the national sales team take it to market. With success came the line extension to a lighter product with more mass appeal called Active.

Benefits

The Surgex brand hit the shelves of health food stores and online retailers like bodybuilding.com. Eventually, it got the attention of Walmart who looked at taking the brand into end caps for a promotional period. However, the best part was becoming an official sponsor of Army Football!
