Food Truck Industry

Situation

As the food truck industry is expanding rapidly there is a shortage of commercial kitchens in which to produce the food and retail items for these trucks and carts.

Problem

Finding a space to provide the resources and facility for these food truck operators is challenging.

Solution

We developed a commercial kitchen facility for a client to provide the space along with the storage capacity for these food truck operators. These operators now have additional kitchen space and storage areas to accommodate the growing need for their use.

Benefits

This added kitchen facility now provides a clean and safe environment in which they can produce their product for the day, or if needed develop packaged material for sale also.
