Situation

A potential client contacted us requesting assistance establishing a broker network in the South West United States.

Solution

Utilizing our established broker network we were able to arrange appointments with 5 major retail chains. Each broker works in house directly with the lead buyers, so samples were able to be delivered directly to the buyers for review. Buyer feedback was provided prior to the appointments from our in house brokers. Presentations were created with the buyers feedback and requests included in the final presentations.

Benefits

The broker network was able to provide feedback prior to the initial presentation. The feedback provided was a crucial part of the presentation and used to meet each of the buyer’s objectives in introducing the new brand to their retail chain. After the 5 appointments setup by our broker network, the client was able to sell in 3 different skus in 2 sizes to all 5 retail chains.
