Packaging Review Increases Client Base


A company spent money on booths at food shows and sales brochures, but did little follow-up with potential clients, so the costs were not associated with a benefit.


We discovered that "samples" were not sent out to leads due to the high cost of shipping. The samples shipped heavy glass jar to interested parties. Additionally, some samples arrived broken and had to be re-shipped.


We sourced new packaging for the samples. Then we implemented the company's repacking samples in clear food grade plastic jars to reduce breakage and shipping costs.


Greatly reduced shipping costs and increased sampling which resulted in increases in orders from new customers.  Increased customer data base by 150%.
